I would recommend Julia to anyone, she's fantastic. She is extremely perceptive - she would pick up on any changes to my body language, tone and facial expressions and my choices of words to get the bottom of how I was feeling. She helped me develop much more emotional awareness and a much deeper understanding of myself.
I was very fortunate in finding Julia online and have found her counselling services incredible helpful. She provides a safe and comforting space to explore issues and work on positive ways of moving forward. In a relatively short space of time I have seen huge improvement in my mental health and a difference in the approach I am taking to problems in my life. I am truly grateful for Julia's help. I would highly recommend her services.
Julia's sessions have been amazing, and her support has been invaluable to my mental health. From day one, she created a safe, comfortable space where I could be myself and talk openly. She listens with such empathy and has a way of helping me feel truly understood.
