Hello, I'm Julia. I am your guide on your journey towards healing and better mental health and wellbeing. And if you are reading this, you are in the right place!
As a psychotherapist and counsellor, I hold a world-class Master's degree in Therapeutic Counselling from the University of Greenwich, London, and a certificate in coaching from the University of Cambridge.
I am based in London, UK, and conduct my sessions in different languages online with clients from all over the world. I am a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (MBACP), which means that my education and practice meet the highest ethical standards that a client should expect from a psychotherapist.
I am a highly qualified, compassionate, ethical, and understanding therapist. I practise integratively, which means that I am trained in different therapeutic techniques and will approach each person based on their individual needs.
I am trained in trauma-informed practice, which means that I work with all levels of mental health difficulties, including trauma, abuse, and bereavement. My clients trust me with a wide range of emotional difficulties, including depression, anxiety, the search for meaning in life, and more.
