Hello, I'm Julia. I am a highly qualified, compassionate, kind, ethical, and understanding psychotherapist. I hold a world-class Master's degree in Therapeutic Counselling from the University of Greenwich, London, and a certificate in coaching from the University of Cambridge. I am based in London, UK, and conduct my sessions face-to-face in Greenwich, London and online in different languages with clients from all over the world. I work with clients of different nationalities, cultural backgrounds and with focus on diversity.
I am a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP Register number 407793), which means that my education and practice meet the highest ethical standards that clients should expect from a psychotherapist.
I practice integratively, which means that I am trained in various therapeutic techniques and will approach each person based on their individual needs. I am trained in trauma-informed practice and work with all levels of mental health difficulties, including trauma, abuse, and bereavement. My clients trust me with a wide range of emotional difficulties, including depression, anxiety, the search for meaning in life, and more. Whatever your needs may be, I can create a trusting space for you to express and explore. I conduct psychotherapy sessions online and face-to-face in Greenwich, London. I also support Ukrainians affected by the war in Ukraine in their native languages.
